1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

4. Content

All content on this website is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

5. AI Sex Chat

Signed-in users can create AI characters and sex chat with them in private. A character is an AI playing a fictional adult; its messages and photos are generated and do not depict or come from a real person.

• Every character and every scene is adult. Anything sexual involving a minor, or anyone described as childlike, is forbidden and refused.
• Do not base a character on a real, identifiable person without that person's consent. A photo you pick for a character is only shown to you, and generated photos are made from a written description, never from a real face.
• Photos you send are checked automatically before they are stored. A photo in which anyone could be under 18 is refused, never stored, and the attempt is recorded.
• Chatting uses a sex chat pass, bought with tokens, which gives a weekly chat allowance for the days it covers; when a week's allowance runs out you can add to it with tokens, or wait for the next week. New users who have never bought tokens get a small free daily allowance once they confirm their email address. The chat shows how much of the current allowance is left. How far it goes depends on what your chats take to run: longer conversations and photos use more of it, and so do messages your character starts on its own. A reply or photo that fails does not count against it.
• Conversations are processed by third-party AI providers to generate replies and photos. Deleting a character deletes its conversation and photos; deleting your account deletes all of them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
